UN_EARTHED: Work by Sarabeth Dunton

March 17 - April 22

Un_earthed by Sarabeth Dunton

UN_EARTHED

Opening March 17th 6-9pm

PLUG Projects presents UN_EARTHED which asks the question, what does an archeology of illusion look like? In this solo exhibition by Sarabeth Dunton, the viewer is asked to enter into a vision of history that never was and never will be. Using prop making techniques, drawing and installation, the artist introduces a history inspired by fantasy, science fiction, and absurdity. She aims to create a psuedo-archeology, inspired by the impossible; churned through the process of memory and regurgitated in a half-realized frenetic expression of the “historical”.PLUG Projects presents UN_EARTHED which asks the question, what does an archeology of illusion look like?
